- Recent positive feedback most often praises the friendliness and professionalism of the team, with several reviewers highlighting caring handling of nervous dogs and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. - Clients also mention clear explanations, helpfulness and flexibility with appointment times, including long-term owners who say they have used the practice for years with cats and dogs. - Negative feedback is less common but more detailed, focusing on concerns about the practice manager’s behaviour, post-operative aftercare in one surgical case, and disagreement over follow-up charges.
