Attended an energency check up app at Goddards at Epsom Downs due to my cat Dylan been unwell and was very concerned. We was seen by Alex, I can't praise him enough, he was very attentive and was very caring towards him and put me at ease. Alex answered all our questions. The lady on Reception was very friendly also. Thank you

Alex and his team are amazing. We currently have aging pets so of late have had frequent visits to the practice. Alex has been brilliant using his knowledge and expertise to manage their specific needs. Sadly last week it came time to say goodbye to our precious 18 year old cat. Alex was not only supportive but ensured our boy was given a gentle and kind send off. The team kindly sent us a sympathy card and a forget me not seed packet, which myself and my family felt very touched by. I have dealt with many veterinary practices over my years as a pet owner, but I feel this one is by far the best I have ever experienced.

Best vet in Surrey! My Golden Retriever has been going here for 5 years. Alex and Louise are very attentive (they arranged innoculation shots during lockdown adhering to guidelines, assisted us through neutering and growth removal procedures). I lost my script for the dewormer and they happily gave me another. No pet owner wants to see them out of sorts, but you are in good hands with Goddard , Epsom Downs.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Goddard Veterinary Group. During a visit for my unwell dog, the diagnosis provided was incorrect. Their improper investigation and failure to properly assess my dog meant she did not receive the urgent care needed, which tragically cost her life. I trusted their expertise, but their failure to identify the problem, making diagnosis withow any tests was devastating. I cannot recommend this veterinary practice. Their lack of proper investigation had fatal consequences for my beloved pet.

We moved to Goddard from a previous chain to get a second opinion on a condition that my dog had been suffering from. Previous vet said they had never seen this condition before and they had spoken to other vet friends and the best solution was putting my dog on powerful seizure medication for something they weren’t sure about! Roll on my second opinion with Alex the Great! 😊 We walked in he gave us a differential diagnosis. He had seen this condition in other dogs before and suggested that we start off with the least invasive (and incidentally cheapest) treatment. Turns out this is what the problem was! We have been back for other issues that have been easily sorted and always get a great explanations. The staff on reception are lovely and even the locum vet we saw last time was fantastic. Cannot sing this vets praises enough. Thank you for everything you do for our little guy!

I had my recently adopted cats checked out by the vet Alex. He was very efficient and. Gentle with my two 5 year old cats (two brothers) I was impressed with the care I received from the practice. The practice looked after my old cat he was 17 years of age when he passed The practice as offered excellent care. I’m happy that it is still as proficient in its service
