Always super helpful and really friendly! So grateful as often I am very worried about my wee cat’s health but they always put you at ease and are really lovely and reassuring!

Excellent practice that provides a brilliant service.during appointments with David i always feel so listened to & totally trust the advice that is given. My dog has acupuncture at the practice & I was also thrilled that David has a silver award & an extensive knowledge of dealing with rabbits which is often very hard to find so my bunnies are also now patients. The care & welfare of the animals given at Yew Tree has always been fantastic & they also very sensible solutions. At other practices in the past I have felt like making money is as important as caring for the animals but this is not how it seems here. I feel lucky that I’m able to come here & I travel from Horsham for the privilege. Thank you Yew Tree for your warmth, knowledge, professionalism & fantastic care.

Visited this practice for the first time with my dog Bruce and the whole experience was flawless. The reception team (we were helped by Andrea) are friendly and very efficient and went above and beyond to help out. The vet, Dr Vasileios was amazing and really took the time to check Bruce out thoroughly. He explained everything clearly and had such a lovely way with him which kept him calm throughout. Hopefully we don't need to visit too often, but we won't mind coming back here when we do. Thank you to the whole team

Hugo ( Fox red lab ) was very nervous going into his appointment. The friendliness and expertise of the staff put him at ease within minutes. The vet checked Hugo over thoroughly and was calm and took his time examining Hugo as not to cause him any distress. In all a great experience on my first visit. Would highly recommend.
